The Engineering Services group will continue as the largest independent supplier of optical systems design with more than 4,800 completed projects in imaging, illumination, and optical systems engineering.. In May 2012, Synopsys acquired RSoft Design Group, expanding the company’s portfolio of optical design and analysis software products.
