Kamal Desai

Dr. Kamal Desai is a senior product manager in the Synopsys Systems Design Group, where he is responsible for the various virtual prototyping solutions used in architecture exploration and software development. His product management experience includes simulation and open-source technologies, debugging and analysis tools, and embedded operating systems. Kamal has a Ph.D in mechanical engineering from Boston University, as well as B.S. and M.S. degrees in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the University of Washington.
