O-Foundation (2018.06, 2018.09, 2018.12) CentOS support changes

Dear Synopsys Customer:

NOTE: The information here affects only those customers using the CentOS and RHEL Operating Systems (OS). If this does not apply to you, please disregard.

Synopsys is providing updated guidance on support for CentOS and RHEL for 2018 and beyond for its EDA Products. The guidance is as follows:

• For the QSC-O release (2018.06, 2018.09, and 2018.12), CentOS will be supported as a "binary compatible" operating system.
• Starting with the QSC-P release (2019.03), CentOS will become the "build" platform, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) will be supported as a "binary compatible" operating system.
