Synopsys Celebrates the Achievements of the Employee Referral Program

On November 2, 2016, the Armenia HR team hosted 30 active Synopsoids at the fourth ERP luncheon to celebrate their contribution to the program and to empower Synopsys employees to make a difference by helping to attract and recruit the industry's best talent.

Synopsys Armenia HR team thanked the dedicated Synopsoids for taking leadership in helping to make Synopsys team stronger and encouraged them to continue sharing enthusiasm for Synopsys with friends, relatives, and colleagues. Synopsys believes, that every employee’s input is uniquely valuable for the company’s success and rewards those who inspire others by demonstrating passion and acting on Synopsys core values of Integrity, Customer Success Through Execution Excellence, and Leadership.

The entertaining activities accompanied with a nice dinner, turned the gathering into a fun social event. The participants had a chance to test their memory, wit, and knowledge about teammates during group and individual quizzes. The excitement of competition reached its peak at the cheerful balloon-popping game that determined which of the two teams would get the gift certificate to enjoy a lunch at one of Yerevan’s most popular breweries. Traditionally, as a symbol of their commitment, the participants received corporate branded gifts, including either a fancy packaged wine-toolkit or an umbrella, along with a card holder and a mobile device accessory. The name of the lucky winner of the special prize, “Samsung Galaxy Tab” was randomly drawn through a lottery.

“Our HR does a great job in all aspects. They are very creative and innovative, full of new ideas. We have the ERP for 4+ years and from year to year more people join Synopsys family through that program. That means the program serves its purpose and we as managers really benefit from it,” said Karen Melikyan, R&D Manager at Synopsys.

“This program is definitely one of the best examples of the efficient collaboration between HR and engineering employees,” noted Emil Kagramanyan, Synopsys A&MS Circuit Design Engineer, and added, “the main message of the ERP event can be described as “Efforts Receive Praise.”
