Finding Serial Numbers for Optical Scattering Measurement Equipment
You can find the serial number for Synopsys optical scattering measurement equipment on a label attached to the Synopsys Mini-Diff V2, Synopsys Mini-Diff VPRO, Synopsys REFLET 180S and Synopsys TIS Pro, as shown below.
What is a Serial Number?
All optical scattering equipment is identified by a unique serial number that is printed on the device.
Where to Use a Serial Number
You need to provide your device’s serial number when you register your equipment on our customer software registration form.
Serial Numbers for the Synopsys Mini-Diff V2, Synopsys Mini-Diff VPro, Synopsys REFLET 180S and Synopsys TIS Pro
For the Synopsys Mini-Diff V2, the serial number is on the top of the unit.
For the Synopsys Mini-Diff VPRO, the serial number is on the back of the unit.
For the Synopsys REFLET 180S, the serial number is printed on the label at the back of the dark box.
For the Synopsys TIS Pro, the serial number is printed on the label at the back of the dark box
